Will you restock the items that are out of stock?
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. If the item is “out of stock”, we suggest you to check the site within two weeks in case it restocks. Nevertheless, if it is not be restock in few weeks, it will be removed from our web.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is the material used in these water balloons?

Yes, our water balloons are made of latex-free silicone material, making them safe for children with latex allergies.
Is there a limit or a minimum to how much I can buy?
Absolutely, no limit. You can order as much as you like - any number of items at any price at any time.
Can I change style/color/shipping address once I paid?
Yes, you can. It includes changing style or the color of an item, removing an item, and changing your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Care Team with Email.
Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can contact our customer service by Email.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
Why my order still not shipped?
Usually it takes about 1-2 working days to prepare for your order since a perfect product needs a reasonable preparing period.
Please be assured that once your order is completed, we will arrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email including the tracking number. If you don't receive the confirmation email till the estimated shipping date, please contact us.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including the tracking number automatically. That's how convenient it is! So just sit back, relax until you get your orders on hand!

What countries or regions do you ship to?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How can I know the estimate delivery date?
"Handling time: 1-2 Business Days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Transit time: 5- 7 Business Days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes."
Do I have to pay additional tax on my order during delivery?
There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such situation is very rare.
If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer service with the payment receipt and we will refund the tax to you.
If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.
Why was my order shipped separately?
As our warehouses are in different locations, we give priority to shipping from the highest stocked warehouse, so some products may be shipped separately.
Why my package status did not update for several days?
If your order was just sent out, please wait for 3-5 working days for the updated tracking info.If your order is already in transit, and has no update for severals days, usually, it will be updated until the parcel reaches next shipping station (may need 3-7 working days). Please wait with patience. Thanks.If you still have concerns about the shipment of your order, please email our customer support. We will help check the status of your parcel.

How do I return or exchange an item?
What should I do if I received a defective/wrong/stained item?
If you have received a defective/wrong/stained item, please email us before returning anything so we can process the return for you and provide you information for the return.
When you email us, please provide a description of the item, item code and a few pictures to prove your problems.
How long does it take for my refund or exchange?
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. We will notilfy you once we've received and inspected your returned, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. f approved, you'll be automafically refunded on youroriginal payment method. Please remember it can take some fime for your bank or credit card company to process andpost the refund too.
if you paid by credit or debit card, we'll process a refund to the same card originally used to place and pay for theorder once we receive your return. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days to credit back to your original form of

Which payment methods do you accept?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Sorry, we do not currently support COD.

If you're having some trouble with payment, we do have some tips that usually will work:I failed to pay with my Credit or debit card?
1. Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.
2. Make sure you have enough credit or account balance.
3. Check whether your card Authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.
4. Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.
5. Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
6. If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.As default in all Credit Card banks, part of their security, they block international transactions/payment. Unless the card holder will request to unblock their secured method.
7. Try using a different card.
